ترامپ یک جنایتکار جنگی است، یا تروریست اقتصادی است

مطابق قوانین حقوقی و جزایی و رویه های ان، هرکس از راز جنایت ها و جرم ها خبر داشته، و آن را کتمان کند و یا به مراجع قضایی گزارش ندهد، مجرم است و گاهی شریک جرم محسوب می شود. حالا باید دید اگر آقای دکتر روحانی، اقدامات ترامپ را جنایت علیه بشریت می داند، با کدام یک از این مقررات مطابقت دارد: طبیعی است اگر این موضوع یک دروغ، یا شانتاژ تبلغاتی باشد، گوینده این سخنان به اتهام نشر اکاذیب و امثال ان، منتسب می شود. ولی اگر از روی اطلاع باشد، باید آن را به مراجع صالحه گزارش کند. مراجع  و دادگاههای صالحه هم،  وظیفه دارند این جنایتکار را که برعلیه بشریت اقدام کرده، دستگیر و تا روشن شدن موضوع، در بازداشت نگهدارند. حالا جناب روحانی، شما بارها گفته اید که ترامپ یک جنایتکار جنگی است، یا تروریست اقتصادی است، با توجه به اینکه جنابعالی حقوقدان هستید، و از عواقب معرفی نکردن جنایتکار به دادگاه، واقفید، چرا اقدام به معرفی جانی به دادگاه نمی کنید! آیا می خواهید به عنوان شریک جرم او، محاکمه شوید، یا بعنوان کسی که اطلاعاتی داشته، ولی به مراجع قضایی اطلاع نداده است؟ یا اینکه می خواهید بگو یید: این مراجع قضایی یا قوه قضائیه است، که شکایت شما را ثبت نمی کند؟ و اجازه می دهد مجرم، آزاد باشد و به جنایات خود ادامه دهد؟ یا اینکه به گردن وزیر خارجه می اندازید؟ که بجای شکایت کردن یا معرفی جانی به مراجع قضایی، و ممانعت عملی از ادامه جنایات او، فقط به نصیحت کردن آنهم با نگاه عاقل اندر سفیه، اکتفا می کند؟ طبیعی است  که باید داد خواستی تنظیم و ابتدا به قوه قضائیه داخلی ارائه شود. کوتاهی در این مورد قابل قبول نیست. زیرا همه حقوقدانان حاضرند در تهیه دادخواست، همفکری های لازم را داشته باشند. و شما بعنوان بالاترین مقام اجرایی، که این جنایات را حس می کنید، و آن را اعلام می دارید، باید برای تهیه و امضا کیفر خواست، دستور لازم صادر فرمایید. چنانچه قوه قضائیه آن را نپذیرفت، یا دادخواست شما را ثبت نکرد، مسئولیت از شما ساقط خواهد شد و مردم منتظر توضیحات و اقدامات قوه قضائیه می مانند. قوه قضائیه میتواند دادخواست را پذیرفته، و دستور بازداشت موقت جنایت کار را صادر نماید. مگر اینکه به کاپیتولاسیون اعتقاد داشته، و بفرماید که  با اینکه ترامپ برعلیه ملت ایران جنایت کرده، باید در دادگاههای ایالتی خودشان محاکمه شود! یا یک دادگاه بین المللی آن را بررسی کند! طبیعتا در این خصوص آنان، هیچکاه عملکرد ترامپ را، جنایت ندانسته بلکه او را به عنوان دفاع از خود، تبرئه خواهند کرد. لذا دادخواست ایران را نخواهند پذیرفت! یا خواهند گفت که فاقد مدارک لازم است. در این صورت باید یاد آور شد که: قانون کاپیتولاسیون در همان سالهای تولد، با اعتراض امام خمینی باطل شد. قوه قضائیه ایران مستقل است، و میتواند مجرمین را به سزای اعمال برساند. یا حداقل او را محاکمه کند. و حکم صادر نماید. ممکن است قوه قضائیه بگوید: این امر کاری سیاسی است! و چون اصلاح طلبان! آن را مطرح می کنند، نباید رسیدگی شود! چون ممکن است در انتخابات به نفع آنها تمام شود. اما حتی اگر چنین باشد، و لیبرالها بخواهند چنین شکایتی را طرح کنند، تا مثل دموکراتهای امریکا، مانع انتخاب مجدد ترامپ بشوند. باز هم تاریخ قضاوت خواهد کرد، و مردم هم نظارت می کنند. لذا لازم است هرچه زودتر، این شکایت تنظیم و مجرم دستگیر، و تحویل مقامات قضایی شود. وگرنه مردم خواهد فهمید: با اینکه امام خمینی، کاپیتولاسیون را نهی کرده، قوه قضائیه هنور پایبند آن است! و یا قوه مجریه، از اجرای مصوبات مجلس در این خصوص، کوتاهی می کند.
