تجاوز به تمامیت ارضی ایران

باز خوانی پرونده تجزیه طلبان، در موضوع بحرین نیاز امروز جهان است. ایران باید بداند که چرا بحرین جدا شد؟ و چه کسی در این تجزیه طلبی دست داشت. باید آنها محاکمه شوند. به همین منظور نیاز به دادگاه جهانی، بنام دادگاه تاریخ است. این موضوع از دو دیدگاه قابل بررسی است: یکی از لحاظ دلایل تاریخی(سیاسی) و دیگری از لحاظ مستندات تاریخی. دلایل تاریخی به عهده وزارت خارجه و: مستندات آن به عهده قوه قضائیه است. دلایل تاریخی شیطنت های بحرین است. دولت بحرین از هنگامی که با انگلیسی ها، سر وسری پیدا کرد، همیشه بر علیه ایران وتمامیت ارضی آن، اقدام می کرد. مرکز شورش در بخش های عرب نشین خوزستان، و جزایر خلیج فارس بود. در جنگ صدام علیه ایران، با آن همکاری کرد. بعنوان عضو شورای همکاری خلیج فارس، پایگاههایی در اختیار آمریکا و اروپا قرارداده، که همگی بر روی ایران تنظیم شده اند. برای سرکوب مردم خود، از عربستان تقاضای کمک کرد و: نیروهای زمینی عربستان از مرزجنوبی وارد بحرین شدند، و تا کنون از ان خارج نشده اند. بحرین را مانند زندان آلکاتراز، یا جزیره روبن بر روی تمامی اهالی آنها بسته اند. امروزه با اجرای طرح معامله قرن، می خواهد همین زندان را در غزه  درست کند، تا برای همیشه آنان را در محاصره بمانند تا از بین بروند. طبیعتا این شیطنت ها برعلیه ایران و فلسطین، ممکن است از نظر خودشان قدرت نمایی باشد! ولی از نظر و دلایل سیاسی، زمینه پیوستن به خاک ایران را فراهم می کند. درواقع نشان می دهد تا موقعی که: به خاک ایران ملحق نشده، همچنان یک متخاصم اصلی خواهد ماند.طبق قانون جنگ یا قانون مخاصمات: در عرف دیپلماسی بین المللی، فقط با تسلیم شدن یک طرف پایان می پذیرد. و بحرین تا کنون نشان داده، که آمادگی تسلیم را دارد! زیرا که قدرت دولتی آن کاملا مضمحل شده است: چون از یکسو پشتوانه مردمی ندارد، زیرا همه مردم بحرین  شیعه هستند. ولی دولت آنها وهابی و طرفدار آل سعود و صهیونیسم می باشند. از سوی دیگر طبق ایه قران، افرادی که با صهیونیست ها دوست شوند، مانند همان ها هستند! لذا باید همانطور که برای نابودی: رژیم اشغالگر قدس دعا می کنیم، برای محود دولت مزدور و: ضد مردمی بحرین هم دعا کنیم. اما مستندات تاریخی، مدارکی است که قوه قضائیه میتواند، به وسیله آن پرونده تجزیه طلبی بحرین را بازخوانی یا واخواهی کند. تمام کتب درسی قبل از سالهای 1348(1969)، چه در بحرین و چه در ایران، نشان می دهد که بحرین استان 14م ایران بود. در این سالها استعمار جدید، آن را از ایران جدا کرد. مبنای جدایی آن هم فقط رضایت شفاهی محمد رضاشاه است، که در ان موقع شاه ایران بود. لذا هیچ مدرک دیگری برای این تجزیه طلبی وجود ندارد. البته دولت انگلیس، بعد از رضایت محمد رضا کارهایی انجام داده، ولی همه آنها در حکم: تجاوز به تمامیت ارضی ایران است. زیرا که مدارک را یا جعل می کرده، و یا با امضای فرماندار دست نشانده خودشان، به مراجع بین المللی ارائه می کرد. حتی برگزاری رفراندوم یا انتخابات، بدون حضور ایران، و بصورت نمایشی برگزار می شده. یعنی خودشان بریدند و خودشان هم دوختند. لذا قوه قضائیه باید که اولا: در دادگاه تاریخ( به دلیل زنده نبودن متشاکی)، محمد رضاشاه را به عنوان تجزیه طلب، و حامی تجاوز به تمامیت ارضی ایران، محکوم کند. و براساس این محکومیت، نتایج آن هم باطل اعلام نماید. رای را به دادگاههای بین المللی ارائه، و آل خلیفه را به پای میز محاکمه کشانده، و همه انها را به دست قانون بسپارد. تا مردم بحرین ازاد شوند. وبرای استانداری آن، از بحرینی های ساکن قم استفاده شود.

Punishment of Bahrain

Therefore, as we pray for the annihilation of the occupation regime of the Quds, we should pray for the hired mercenary state and the anti-people of Bahrain. But the historical documentation is evidence that the judiciary can read, or request, the Bahrain separatist case. All textbooks before 1348 (1969), both in Bahrain and in Iran, show that Bahrain was the 14th province of Iran. During these years, new colonialism separated it from Iran. The basis for separation is just the oral satisfaction of Mohammad Reza Shah, who was then the king of Iran. So there is no other evidence for this separation. Of course, after the consent of Mohammad Reza, the British government has done some work, but all of them are in violation of the territorial integrity of Iran.
