واشنگتن پست نوشت: عدم پاسخگویی ایران، ترامپ را جسور کرده است. حال باید دید چرا ایران پاسخ نداده است؟ فرض اول این است که پاسخ نمی دهد، چون ترامپ را در حد خود نمی داند!به قول ضرب المثل فارسی: جواب ابلهان خاموشی است. خاموشی در برابر ابلهان، یک مکانیزم منطقی و روشنی دارد که: باعث تخریب ابله به دست خودش می شود. زیرا او به پرگویی دچار شده، و سحنانی می گوید که براثر زیاد گفتن، اعتبار خود را از دست داده، وسیله مضحکه و خنده می شود. مانند اظهارات پمپیو یا جان بولتن که: اگر روزی یک فحش به جمهوری اسلامی ندهند، خوابشان نمی برد. لذا در این حماقت چندان فرو می روند که: یادشان می رود که 14000بار، بهمردم آمریکا دروغ گفته اند! مهمترین دروغ آنها این است که می گویند: ما دولت ایران را قبول نداریم، ولی حامی ملت ایران هستیم! و بعد اجازه نمی دهند کمک های مالیمردم دنیا، به حساب های هلال احمر ایران واریز شود! حتی نمی گذارند اهدا کنندگان، خودشان پول را بفرستند یا به دست زلزله زده ها برسانند! آنها را از جریمه و عقوبت تحریم های بانکی می ترسانند. در زمینه دارو و مواد غذایی هم معلوم است: ضرر تحریم ها به ملت می رسد! زیرا دولتی ها میدانند: چطور تحریم را دور بزنند، ولی ملت اینهمه پول ندارد! حالت یا فرضیه دوم این است: ایرانیان جواب می دهند، ولی آنها نمی شنوند! به همین دلیل وزیر خارجه ایران، این بار تصمیم گرفت تا با فاکس نیوز، مصاحبه کند و گویا آنها شنیدند! زیرا جان بولتن و امیر قطر و دیگران، پاسخ دادند . در این فرضیه هم ثابت می شود که: سواد رسانه ای ترامپ و دوستانش کم است، که فقط یک منبع خبری دارند! لذا خبر های دیگر را دنبال نمی کنند، و این بی سوادی، باز هم کار دست آنها می دهد. زیرا فکر می کنند همه دنیا فاکس نیوز است! و چون فاکس نیوز هم، برای درامد بیشتر سعی می کند: اخبار ناراحت کننده را نگوید، لذا از منتقدان خود دور افتاده، و در بی خبری باقی می مانند. در این حالت پیشنهاد می شود که: وزیر خارجه ایران، جواب وزیر خارجه آمریکا را بدهد. رئیس جمهور ایران جواب رئیس جمهور آمریکا را بدهد، سخنگو هم جواب سخنگو! تنزل درجه پاسخگویی، گرچه از نظر عرف ایرانیان پسندیده است، و در واقع همان ضرب المثل را تداعی می کند، ولی از نظر عرف دیپلماتیک، به معنی نشنیده گرفتن است. یعنی ترامپ به خود حق می دهد: که جواب سخنانش را از وزیر یا سخنگو نشنود. لذا چون همتایی رعایت نشده، نشنیدن هم کار درستی به حساب می آید. گرچه واقعا می شنوند . مانند اینکه در ایران، عرف مردم کمک به سیل زده ها، و ترمیم خانه های آنها در: روستای آق قلا است. ولی عرف جهانی و محیط زیستی، می گوید این یک خیانت به مردم آق قلا است! که دوباره آنها را در معرض سیل، و آبگرفتگی قرار دهیم. تا اگر سیل بند آسیب دید، مردم در یک دریای سه متری، دوباره غرق شوند. همانطور که نباید د رحریم رودخانه ها، سکونت کرد، در حریم سیل نیز سکونت مجاز نیست. دولت یا هر ارگانی که آنها را کمک می کند، در مسیل، خانه سازی یا تعمیرات کنند، خطاکارند و قوه قضائیه، باید آنها را محاکمه کند. زیرا آق قلا برای همیشه،باید تبدیل به تالاب شود، تا نزولات آسمانی و آب شیرین را در خود ذخیره نماید. در عرف دیپلماتیک هم، سلسله مراتب باید رعایت گردد. همچنین پاسخگویی موردی باشد، یعنی هر موردی که ترامپ می گوید، روحانی باید پاسخ دهد، اگر توئیت می کند روحانی هم توئیت کند،والا حمل بر خطا می شود و قوه قضائیه باید به این خطای اشکار رسیدگی کند. پاسحگویی حق الناس است، و عدم پاسخگویی یا ایهام، صحیح نیست.
